The sky’s the limit for this lucky graduate! Graduation Mindset cake urges them to reach for the stars as they journey out into the world.

Instructions:

Step 1

Ice 2-layer cakes smooth and prepare for stacked construction. Print tip 3 message on cake front.

Step 2

Tint four 3 in. diameter balls of fondant yellow, rose, green and violet. Roll out.

Step 3

Using two smallest sized star cutters from set, cut approximately 10 of each size in each color fondant.

Step 4

Using decorator brush dipped in water, randomly attach small and large stars on cake, position additional small stars off-center on large stars.

Step 5

Pipe tip 2110 star bottom borders on both cakes. Randomly pipe tip 18 stars on cakes. Position Topper.

*For smaller amounts of color, you may substitute Wilton Tube Decorating Icing and Coupler Ring Set.
