Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes in White Standard Baking Cups. Cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Step 2
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe. Tint small portions black, green, blue. Using white buttercream icing, ice cupcake tops smooth with spatula.
Step 3
Using blue buttercream icing, pipe Open Star Decorating Tip 18 circular fish body. Using green buttercream icing, pipe Round Decorating Tip 3 bead mouth, fins and tail.
Step 4
Using white buttercream icing, pipe Round Decorating Tip 3 dot whites of eye. Using black buttercream icing, pipe Round Decorating Tip 3 dot pupil.
