Cut, bake and cool cookies using bell cutter from set. Outline cookies with tip 3 and full strength color flow in yellow. Flow in areas of bell using thinned color flow in yellow in a cut parchment bag; let dry. Using full-strength color flow icing, pipe tip 352 leaves in green. Pipe tip 3 dot holly berries in red.
