Bake and cool circle cookie. Outline with Tip 3 strings to resemble soccer ball;
fill in with Tip 14 stars. Set aside.
Trim off top leg area of cake. Ice sides and background areas of cake smooth.
Outline face, hands,
shirt, pants and shoes with Tip 3.
Fill in shoes with Tip 8 zigzags (smooth with finger dipped in
cornstarch).
Pipe Tip 3 dot and string facial features.
Cover face, hands, bows, shirt, pants and
legs with Tip 16 stars.
Add Tip 16 pull-out star hair. Pipe Tip 4 cleats. Position cookie on cake.
Add Tip 233 pull-out grass bottom border.
