Step 1
Roll out dough. Tint dough using Kelly Green Icing Color. Roll out dough and cut shamrock cookies. Bake and cool.
Step 2
Using a cut parchment bag and thinned green color flow icing, drizzle icing over cookie using a quick side-to-side motion.
