- 5 (3 ounce) pkg lemon gelatin mix
- 8 ounces Frozen whipped topping
- Non-stick vegetable oil spray
Gelatin serves 12.
Spray pan with vegetable pan spray.
In bowl, stir water into gelatin; continue stirring until gelatin has dissolved completely.
Pour 4 cups of mixture into prepared pan. Chill both mixtures 20-30 minutes.
Fold thawed whipped topping into gelatin in bowl. Spoon over gelatin in prepared pan. Chill until firm.
We recommend hand washing pan in hot, soapy water.
