Ice cakes. Divide top bevel cake into 8ths, marking top 1/2 in. from edge. Imprint small scroll press at each division point.

Divide sides of middle round cake into 8ths; imprint vine press at each division point. Outline imprinted scrolls with tip 5, then overpipe with tip 3.

For vines, outline main stem with tip 5 and overpipe with tip 3. Add tip 3 beads for shorter stems. For top beveled edge, mark divisions approximately 1 in. apart. Pipe tip 3 overlapping string garlands from division points. For bottom beveled edge, mark divisions 1 1/2 in. apart and pipe tip 3 overlapping string garlands. Pipe tip 5 bead borders on each cake.

With tinted piping gel in cut parchment bags, pipe stained glass effect in string garland areas on bevel cakes. Print message with piping gel and position cross.
