Cake serves 20.
For top bow, use Rotary Cutter to cut six strips, 1 wide x 8 in. high, from Bright Green Sugar Sheets! Loop and secure ends with piping gel. Place on cornstarch-dusted board with cotton balls inserted inside loops to hold shape. Dry overnight.
For center bow top, use Rotary Cutter to cut a strip, 4 in. long, from Bright Green Sugar Sheets! Loop and secure ends with piping gel. Lay on side. Dry overnight.
Bake, cool and assemble cake. Ice cake smooth with buttercream.
Using Rotary Cutter, cut 16 presents from Sugar Sheets! colors in various sizes, such as 2 1/4 wide x 2 1/2 in. high, 1 3/4 wide x 2 in. high, 2 1/4 wide x 2 3/4 in. high, 2 wide x 3 1/2 in. high, 1 3/4 wide x 1 1/2 high and 2 1/4 wide x 2 3/4 in. high.
Attach presents to cake and overlap the small gifts on the larger gifts. Use piping gel if attaching Sugar Sheets! on top of each other.
For ribbon, use Rotary Cutter to cut strips, 1/2 in. wide x the length of the corresponding present, from Sugar Sheets! colors. Brush with piping gel and sprinkle with matching Cake Sparkles.
For bow, use Rotary Cutter to cut out teardrop shapes, about 3/4 in long, from Sugar Sheets! colors. Brush with piping gel and sprinkle with matching Cake Sparkles.
For each present, attach a center ribbon and bow using Piping Gel.
For polka dots, use the small end of tip 9 to cut circles from Sugar Sheets! colors. Attach to presents with piping gel.
Attach center bow into center of top bow with piping gel. Secure entire bow on cake with piping gel.
