These cupcakes are a sweet gift to give or serve at any celebration. And, they’re easy to make with the punch set and inserts, Sugar Sheets! and Rotary Cutter.

Instructions:

Step 1

Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice smooth with buttercream.

Step 2

Using Rotary Cutter, cut rectangles, 1 3/8 in. x 1 1/4 in., from bright yellow, bright blue and red Sugar Sheets! Attach to cupcakes with piping gel

Step 3

Using Rotary Cutter, cut ribbon strips, 1/4 in. x 1 1/4 in., from Sugar Sheets! Attach to rectangles with piping gel.

Step 4

Using punch with small Heart Cutting Insert, cut hearts from Sugar Sheets! Attach to rectangles with piping gel to create heart bow.
