Instructions:
Step 1
Tint portions of melted white candy yellow, red and blue.
Step 2
Mold candies using painting method. Refrigerate until firm; unmold.
Step 3
Pipe tip 1M rosette on cupcakes; spray with Color Mist™, add confetti sprinkles. Insert candy.
