Prepare and roll out cookie dough. Cut with star-topped tree cookie cutter. Bake and cool. Prepare color flow icing. Use tip 2 and full-strength Moss Green color flow icing to outline tree; let set. Use tip 2 and full-strength yellow color flow icing to outline star; let set. Use tip 2 and thinned down Moss Green color flow icing to fill in tree and thinned down yellow color flow icing to fill in star; let set. Use tip 2 and full-strength Leaf Green/Lemon Yellow combination color flow icing to pipe garland. Use tip 1s and full-strength color flow icing to pipe stars.
