Fun Under the Sea Cake

In advance, cut 1 octopus, 5 fish and 2 dolphin cookies using cutters from set. Bake and cool. Outline and pipe in cookies with royal icing; let dry overnight. Attach lollipop sticks to all but 1 dolphin with royal icing; place stick side down on waxed paper; pipe facial features with royal icing and tip 2. Let dry overnight.

Ice 1-layer round cakes fluffy with spatula. Cut cookies on sticks to various heights and insert into cake. Attach dolphin cookie without stick to side of cake. Cut various lengths of curling ribbon; attach to cake and tie on to sticks.
