Bake and cool cupcakes in silicone cups supported by cookie sheet.
Ice smooth. Roll out spice drops on waxed paper sprinkled with sugar. Cut triangle shapes for bow and dot shape for knot. Cut spearmint leaves in strips; position upright or angled on cupcake.
Attach bow
with tip 3 dots of icing. Position nonpareils on leaves.
