Ice smooth. Roll out spice drops on waxed paper sprinkled with sugar. Cut triangle shapes for bow and dot shape for knot. Cut spearmint leaves in strips; position upright or angled on cupcake.
Attach bow with tip 3 dots of icing. Position nonpareils on leaves.
