Instructions:
Step 1
Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow icing colors for green shown. In advance, make hair. Tint a portion of fondant black and roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut 1 x 1 1/2 in. strips and cut 1/8 in. wide slits 3/4 in. deep in strip. Pinch bottom of strips together to form tufts of hair and let dry.
Step 2
Bake cupcakes in Wacky Witch Silly-Feet! Silicone Baking Cups placed on cookie sheet. Cool.
Step 3
Use spatula to ice mound of Leaf Green/Lemon Yellow icing on cupcake. Insert lollipop sticks for arms and cover with orange-tinted fondant. Form Leaf Green/Lemon Yellow-tinted fondant hands and cut fingers with knife; attach to end of arm. Using fondant, roll and position whites of eyes, black pupils, Leaf Green/Lemon Yellow forehead and nose, and black mouth. Position hair on head.
