Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make shirt/lapels and bow tie. Tape patterns to board; cover with waxed paper.
Step 2
Using melted candy in cut parchment bags, pipe in pattern areas; refrigerate until firm.
Step 3
Pipe dot buttons; refrigerate until firm.
Step 4
Ice cupcakes smooth. Position shirt and lapels; attach bow tie with melted candy.
