Give the gift of an edible centerpiece with this flower-shaped cake! Use our Dimensions® Perennial Pan to create this cake with amazing detail and definition. It’s perfect for Easter, Mother’s Day and any spring celebration.

Instructions:

Step 1

Bake and cool cake.

Step 2

Using lemon yellow icing and tip 5, fill in petals. Sprinkle with yellow sugar.

Step 3

On granulated sugar-covered surface, roll out spice drops 1/8 in. thick. Cut out flower using medium flower Cut-Out. Cut out leaf using smallest leaf Cut-Out.

Step 4

Pipe dot centers on candy flowers with tip 5 and buttercream icing. Attach flowers and leaves around the bottom of cake with dots of icing.

*Combine Lemon Yellow with Golden Yellow for yellow shown.
