Outline cookie with tip 2 and full-strength Color Flow in green; let set. Flow in using thinned Color Flow in green in cut parchment bag; let set. Decorate using royal icing. Outline and pipe in detailed areas with tip 3 in rose or violet. Add tip 3 dots in rose.
