Fluffy Chocolate Mousse
What could be more welcome at your holiday dinner than our rich Fluffy Chocolate Mousse, served in decadent chocolate dessert shells? Just whip up the mousse in the Dessert Whipper Pro and pipe a generous rosette in each shell.
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon instant coffee
5 tablespoons instant cocoa
confectioners' sugar as desired
Chocolate dessert cups or mini tart shells
fresh raspberries for garnish
Each dessert serves 1.
Mix all ingredients, except whipping cream, together thoroughly in a small bowl until well blended.
Lightly stir in whipping cream. Pour no more than 2 cups of complete recipe into Dessert Whipper Pro™.
Use Dessert Whipper Pro™ as instructed. Fill chocolate dessert or miniature tart shells.
Top with a fresh raspberry.
Alternate flavor: add 1/8 teaspoon raspberry, orange or hazelnut flavored extract or oil.
