Instructions:

Step 1

Roll out dough and cut 3 cookies per favor using largest Cut-Out. Bake and cool. Tint a portion of color flow violet shade; using tip 2, outline and flow in cookies; let dry. Pipe tip 3 dot centers using full-strength color flow; let dry. Attach cookies to lollipop sticks using melted candy. Let set.

Step 2

Tint a portion of fondant violet; roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut 2 flowers for each favor, using smallest Cut-Out; attach to tote with melted candy.

Step 3

For flower centers, roll tiny white fondant balls and attach with damp brush. Tint melted white candy green with candy color. Using melted candy in cut parchment bag, pipe stems and leaves on tote.
