Bake and cool cookies on sticks following pan recipe and instructions. Place cookies on rack over pan to catch drips and pour cookie icing. Let Set.
Using buttercream icing, add tip 8 bead lips; tip 8 eyeball with tip 3 dot center (shape with finger dipped in cornstarch); tip 4 zigzag scales and tip 18 pull-out star fins.
