Cut out cookies using cross cutter; bake and cool.
Roll out fondant and cut cross shape to cover top of cookie.
Brush back lightly with water and position on cookie.
Cut fondant hearts
and circles using medium-size Cut-Outs; brush with water and attach.
Add tip 1 dots, leaves, strings, outlines and printing.
