Bake and cool cake. Ice smooth and then ice folds in dress with edge of angled spatula.
Pipe tip 18 shell bottom border. Overpipe shells with four rows of tip 125 ruffles.
Insert doll pick from kit into cake. Ice bodice of dress smooth.
Pipe three rows of tip 101 ruffles around neckline. Add tip 101 waistband. Wrap ribbon around arms for shawl.
