These cupcakes are way ahead! Crunchy hat is made by candy-coating a horn-shaped corn snack and round cracker.

Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes in silicone cups supported by cookie sheet.
Step 2
Using tip 1A and stiff consistency buttercream, pipe a mound of icing on top for head. Smooth with spatula. For hat, cover cracker and corn snack with melted candy; refrigerate until firm. Attach with melted candy; refrigerate until firm. Pipe tip 3 outline hatband and tip 2 outline buckle. Position hat on cupcake top. Pipe tip 13 pull-out hair. Pipe tip 3 dot eyes (flatten and smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Add tip 3 dot pupils, mole and zigzag mouth. Pipe tip 16 pull-out nose.
