Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cupcakes in Halloween Baking Cups and cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Step 2
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe. Ice cupcakes smooth with a Spatula using green buttercream icing.
Step 3
With Open Star Decorating Tip 16 pipe pull-out star hair in black, working from outer edge to center of cupcake.
Step 4
Add tip 3 dot eyes and string mouth in black icing.
Step 5
Pipe tip 3 pull-out dot fangs in white icing.
