Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare dough and press into pan following pan directions. Insert stick. Bake and cool.
Step 2
Outline edge of cookie with tip 3 in full-strength red icing. Immediately dip in red colored sugar. Outline inside star with tip 3 in full-strength white icing; let set. Fill in with thinned white icing in cut parchment bag; immediately sprinkle with Patriotic Mix Sprinkles. Let set.
Step 3
Outline inner star with tip 3 in full-strength blue icing; immediately sprinkle with Blue Color Sugar; tap to remove excess.
