Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cupcakes in Mini Snowman or Christmas Themed Baking Cups, and cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Step 2
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe. Reserve 1/2 cup white icing for later use, and tint remaining icing with a small amount of Royal Blue Icing Color.
Step 3
Ice cupcakes with light blue icing using Spatula.
Step 4
Pipe snowflake design with Round Decorating Tip 3 using reserved white icing.
