Cake serves 20.
Two days in advance, make topper and tint fondant. Tint fondant as follows: 10 oz. green, 1 oz. black, 1 1/4 oz. royal blue, 1 oz. lemon yellow and 1 oz. orange. Add 1/8 teaspoon of Gum-Tex to 1 oz. white fondant.
Roll out white fondant 1/8 in. thick. Use second largest cutter from 4-pc. cutter set to cut circle for white of eye. Roll out blue fondant 1/8 in. thick; use smallest cutter from 4-pc. cutter set to cut circle for iris. Roll out black fondant 1/8 in. thick; use the wide end of tip 1A to cut pupil.
Attach all pieces with fondant adhesive. Let dry. Roll white fondant 1/8 in. thick and cut out a piece 1 in. x 3 in. Attach eye to lollipop stick using the fondant piece and adhesive to cover stick. Let dry.
Bake and cool 2-layer cake. Place on Fanci-Foil wrapped cake board. Tint chocolate icing black. Spatula ice cake smooth.
Roll small balls of green fondant, 3/8 in. to 1 in. Use damp brush to attach balls to each other around base of cake.
Roll out fondant 1/8 in. thick and cut out as follows:
Attach eyes randomly to cake with damp brush. Insert topper into center of cake.
