Instructions:
Step 1
Mold candy plaque 1/4 in. deep in mini loaf pan.
Step 2
Using melted candy, attach regular marshmallow to plaque and mini marshmallow on top.
Step 3
Using melted candy in cut parchment bag, decorate marshmallow "cake" with swags and outlining.
Step 4
Pipe name on plaque. Position topper.
