Prepare and roll out cookie dough. Cut cookies using snowflake cutter. Bake and cool.
Use tip 2 and full-strength white Color Flow icing to outline snowflake. Let dry. Use thinned white icing in a cut parchment bag to flow in snowflake. Let dry.
Use tip 3 and full-strength white icing to outline snowflake details. Sprinkle outlines with green colored sugar; remove excess. Let dry.
