Evergreen Estate Gingerbread House
Pre-baked Gingerbread House Kit (candy and icing included in kit)

Divide prepared decorating icing in half. Use half for decorating the house now, the other half for adding "snow" around house later (keep covered with a damp cloth).
Fill decorating bag with 1/2 cup icing.
Outline front door and fill in with zigzags (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Cut several mini sugared gum drops in half. Attach mini sugared gum drop halves for awning and one in center of door for decoration. Attach mini round multi-colored candies to side door frame and one for doorknob.
Outline windows. Roll out mini sugared gum drops in granulated sugar and cut into small pieces, roll in granulated sugar and attach to center of windows with icing for stained glass look. Decorate side-by-side lines for curtains. Attach mini sugared gum drop halves to window ledge and one above windows with one mini round multi-colored candy on each side.
Decorate lines on corners of house, under eaves and roof lines.
Cut green leaves into small pieces to resemble tree leaves; attach to house corners in layers to create evergreens. Attach additional leaves above door to create wreath. Roll out red mini sugared gum drop in granulated sugar, cut loops and attach as wreath bow.
Ice roof smooth and divide horizontally into fourths. Decorate thick icing line at each division point. Decorate a row of spirals between lines and attach mini round multi-colored candies to center of each spiral. Decorate line of icing on roof peak and attach mini sugared gum drops. Decorate icicles along eaves and roof line.
Ice snow on base fluffy and create walkway with mini sugared gum drops rolled in granulated sugar and cut into various shapes.
NOTE: Additional candy may be required.
