Step 2

Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe and ice cupcakes smooth with white icing using Spatula.

Step 3

For purse, tint 1 cup icing with Rose Icing Color. Lightly mark outline of purse on cupcake with toothpick. Pipe outline with pink icing using Round Decorating Tip 3. Pipe pink icing stars to fill in outline using Open Star Decorating Tip 18. Outline flap with pink icing using Round Decorating Tip 3; fill in by overpiping pink icing stars using Open Star Decorating Tip 18. Pipe white button dot on flap with white icing using Round Decorating Tip 3.

Step 4

For handle pipe small pink icing balls with Round Decorating Tip 3.
