Cut dough using 2nd largest star cutter; bake and cool. Cover cookies with thinned royal icing; let dry on waxed paper. Using full-strength icing, pipe tip 1 yellow scribble lines; add tip 2 blue outlines and red swirls. Attach icing decoration to front and stick to back of cookie with icing.
