Bake and cool 1-layer sheet cake. Cut cake rounds with cookie cutter. Place cake rounds on cooling grid that has been positioned over cookie sheet. Cover cakes with melted candy. Let dry. Using buttercream, cover drum top with tip 5 spiral motion. Pipe tip 5 outline "criss-cross" on drum side. Add tip 5 bead top and bottom borders. Position icing decoration. Cut licorice to desired length for drumsticks; attach mini jawbreakers with icing. Position drumsticks on cake.
