Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare and roll out dough. Bake and cool cookies following cutter set instructions. Attach Elmo Icing Decoration with royal icing; let set. Pipe tip 3 dot fingers. Pipe in tip 2 imprinted message and scallops around cookie. Pipe tip 2 pull-out crayon; add tip 1 lines. Attach stick to back of cookie with royal icing. Let set. Place cookies in treat bags.
