- 12 in. Non-Stick Tree Tart/Quiche Pan
Ingredients:
- 5 cups prepared mashed potatoes 2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) packages fresh mashed potatoes or your favorite recipe made with 2 lbs. Potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 4 green onions
- Pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- bacon curls for garnish
Makes: Each potato tree serves 1.
instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Chop white part of green onion, reserve tops for
garnish.
Combine all ingredients except paprika and bacon curls. Lightly spray
Tree Tart Pan with vegetable pan spray.
Spread potato mixture in prepared pan.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown.
To remove rim, place
tart pan on large can and press down on rim. Transfer potatoes, on tart pan
bottom to serving plate. Garnish.
