Easter Bunny Whoopie Pie

This bunny-shaped whoopie pie is sure to hop off your serving plate during your Easter or spring celebrations. Use the Bunny Whoopie Pie Pan to create these mini cakes.

Step 1

Bake and cool whoopie pies.

Step 2

To assemble pies, spread Whoopie Pie Filling on one cake; sandwich with second cake.

Step 3

Prepare Buttercream Icing. Tint rose, violet/rose combination and royal blue, reserving some white.

Step 4

Use tip 2 and rose icing to pipe bead ears and dot nose (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).

Step 5

Use tip 2 and violet/rose icing to pipe bow tie.

Step 6

Use tip 2 and blue icing to pipe dot eyes.

Step 7

Use tip 6 and white icing to pipe dot tail and outline toes.
