Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cookies on sticks. Ice faces smooth with spatula. Pipe tip 3 dot noses (pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch), tip 2 dot and outline eyes and eyebrows, tip 1 pull-out eyelashes and dot freckles. Add tip 2 outline or pipe-in mouths (pat smooth) and dot tongue.
