In advance: Make fondant heads Tint 12 oz. fondant black, 3/4 in. ball each pink, violet, blue. Roll and shape 2 oz. black fondant into 1 in. wide head. For hat, shape fondant into a 1 1/4 in. high cone. Attach hat to head with thinned fondant adhesive.
Also in advance: Prepare base board. Tape 2 Cake Circles together. Tint 24 oz. fondant green. Roll out 1/8 in. thick. Imprint design using Fondant Imprint Mat. Cover boards with imprinted rolled fondant.
Bake and cool Daisy cake and 1 mini muffin. Ice cake center smooth with green icing. Pipe tip 6 black center lines.
Cover bodies with tip 16 stars. Add tip 6 dots; flatten slightly with fingertip dipped in cornstarch. Position heads. Using tip 2, pipe pull-out fringe and pompom, dot eyes and pupils and outline mouth.
Ice mini muffin and position in center. Insert candle.
* Combine Leaf Green with a little Lemon Yellow for green shown.
* Combine Red-Red with Christmas Red for red shown.
