Instructions:

Step 1

Bake and cool cupcakes.

Step 2

Mold candy in molds using layering method on package. Let set in refrigerator with lollipop stick.

Step 3

Use tip 16 and green icing to cover cupcake with pull-out stars.

Step 4

Cover with rainbow nonpareils.

Step 5

Insert lollipops.
