Instructions:
Step 1
Cut, bake and cool heart cookies. Ice cookie smooth using a spatula and white icing.
Step 2
Using pink icing, outline and fill in center heart (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Step 3
Using pink icing and tip 3, add dots to center heart.
Step 4
Attach red, white and pink candy hearts, securing with dots of icing.
