Step 1

Prepare mousse per recipe directions and tint skin tone; fill mold, refrigerate to set; unmold.

Step 2

Use whipped icing mix to decorate as follows: use tip 2 to pipe-in eyes in white and pupils in blue; use tip 2 to pipe-in lips in pink; use tip 1 to pipe dot eye highlight in white; use tip 1 to outline eyebrows in brown; use tip 4 to pipe headband and neckband in blue; use tip 4 to pipe-in smooth areas of hair and tip 7 to pipe in curly hair in yellow.
