Step 1

Ice sides and background areas of cake smooth with spatula.

Step 2

Outline body and facial features with tip 4 strings. Pipe tip 17 star spots. Cover body with tip 18 stars.

Step 3

Pipe tip 11 ball eye (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip 4 dot pupil and nostril.

Step 4

Roll spice drops flat and cut scales. Let dry on cooling rack.

Step 5

To position scales, pipe tip 4 zigzags, white for back row, royal blue for front row. Attach scales.

Step 6

Pipe tip 18 shell bottom border. Pipe tip 2 message.

Step 7

Cut cloud from poster from poster board, using pattern. Trim lollipop stick to 2 inches and glue to cloud with marshmallow cream. Print name with marker and set aside.

Step 8

Make crispy rice treats recipe. Press into buttered Wonder Mold. Remove and position on covered cake circle.

Step 9

Soften marshmallow cream, then add orange and red color. Make small hole in top of volcano. Insert cloud.

Step 10

Pipe marshmallow cream "lava". Position dinosaur.
