Instructions:
Step 1

Step 3
Bake and cool cupcakes.
Step 4
Pipe tip 233 pull-out grass in Leaf Green.
Step 5
Sprinkle with Halloween sprinkles.
Step 6
Attach candy hand to nougat candy with melted candy; refrigerate to set.
Step 7
Insert head and hand candies in cupcake.
