Step 2

Ice cupcakes smooth with spatula and Royal Blue Ready-To-Use Tube Icing.

Step 3

Squeeze Royal Blue Ready-To-Use Tube Gel on cupcake and smooth with spatula.

Step 4

Sprinkle cupcake with Blue Colored Sugars and position candle.
