This sweet little gingerbread boy cookie is dressed in his holiday best! Cut him out using the gingerbread boy cutter found in the Wilton 7-Pc. Winter Holiday Metal Cutter Set.

Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare dough and roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut using gingerbread boy cutter from set. Bake and cool completely.

Step 2

Prepare Color Flow Icing Recipe. Tint portions green, red, yellow; reserve some white.

Step 3

Make shirt. Use tip 2 and full-strength green icing to outline shirt. Use thinned green icing in cut disposable decorating bag to fill in. Let set.

Step 4

Make pants and suspenders. Use tip 2 and full-strength red icing to outline pants. Use thinned red icing in cut disposable bag to fill in pants. Use tip 2 and full-strength red icing to pipe suspenders.

Step 5

Make facial features. Use tip 2 and full-strength white icing to pipe dot eyes and outline mouth.

Step 6

Make bow tie. Use tip 2 and full-strength white icing to pipe bow tie and dot in center. Pat and smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Let set until dry.
