Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cakes in silicone molds supported on cookie sheet; let cool.
Step 2
Tint a portion of buttercream rose and reserve some white.
Step 3
Ice cupcakes with rose and white icing.
Step 4
Mold heart candies with red candy melts; refrigerate to set.
Step 5
Use melted white candy in cut parchment bag to pipe "X" and "O" letters on hearts; unmold.
Step 6
Position candy hearts on cupcakes and position arrow picks.
