These eternal disco diva cupcakes will be right in step at any retro party. They have all the moves to get the blast from the past happening at your celebration.

Step 1

Bake and cool cupcakes in Silly-Feet! Cups supported by cookie sheet. Use spatula to build up and mound icing; smooth.

For all faces, pipe tip 2 outline eyes and eyebrows as needed. Outline and pipe in tip 2 mouth. Pipe tip 5 dot nose.

Step 2

For girls, pipe tip 5 dot cheeks and tip 5 bead lips (flatten and smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).

For boy, pipe tip 5 outline ears. For straight hair, pipe tip 3 outlines; overpipe for dimension.

For curly hair, pipe tip 2 swirls; overpipe for dimension.

For wavy hair, pull-out lines With tip 8; overpipe with tip 2 pull-out lines.

For arms, cut lollipop sticks to 3 in.; push stick 1 ½ in. deep into bag of icing fitted with tip 21 or tip 8. Squeeze as you pull out stick.

Clean end and insert in cupcake. Pipe tip 3 ball hands with outline fingers.

Add tip 2 bead chain with tip 5 dot medallion (flatten and smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
