Let’s add some “punch” to the party! A Rotary Cutter and Sugar Sheets! elevate these fun-shaped cookies to another level.

Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies using cupcake cutter from set. Bake and cool. Ice top with buttercream icing.

Step 2

Using cupcake cookie cutter as a guide and scissors, cut baking cup section from bright blue, bright pink, bright yellow and bright green Sugar Sheets! Attach to cookies with piping gel.

Step 3

For polka dotted "liners," use wide ends of tips 2A and 12 to cut circles from Sugar Sheets! colors. Attach randomly to cup section using piping gel.

Step 4

For striped cups, use Rotary Cutter to cut either five strips, 1/4 in. wide, or six strips, 1/8 in. wide, from Sugar Sheet! colors. Attach vertically to cup section using piping gel. .

Step 5

Using cupcake cookie cutter as a guide and scissors, cut icing section of cupcake from white Sugar Sheets! Trim side and bottom scallops. Attach to cookie, above cup section, with piping gel.

Step 6

Using disposable decorating bag fitted with tip 3 and Piping Gel, pipe swirls on cupcake tops. Sprinkle with white cake sparkles
