Creamy Gelatin

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce) pkgs + 1 (3 ounce) pkg strawberry gelatin Large Recipe
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin Large Recipe
  • 5 cups boiling water Large Recipe
  • 4 (8 ounce) pkgs cream cheese softened, Large Recipe
  • 3 cups cold water Large Recipe
  • 12 ounces non-dairy whipped topping thawed, Large Recipe
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg lemon gelatin Small Recipe
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin Small Recipe
  • 2 cups boiling water Small Recipe
  • 2 (8 ounce) pkhs cream cheese softened, Small Recipe
  • 1 cup cold water Small Recipe
  • 4 ounces non-dairy whipped topping thawed, Small Recipe

Instructions:

Step 1

Mix gelatins together and dissolve in 5 cups boiling water, until clear. Beat cream cheese; gradually blend in hot gelatin mixture.
 
Blend completely until smooth, then slowly add 3 cups cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in whipped topping.

Pour into pan sprayed with vegetable oil pan spray. Refrigerate overnight; to unmold, dip pan in warm water for 10 seconds. Invert onto plate.

Step 2

Mix gelatins together and dissolve in 2 cups boiling water. Beat cream cheese; gradually blend in hot gelatin mixture.

Blend completely, then add 1 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in whipped topping.

Pour into pan sprayed with vegetable oil pan spray. Refrigerate overnight.

To unmold, dip pan in warm water for 10 seconds. Invert onto plate.
