- 1 egg whites pasteurized
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a small bowl until well blended.
Pour no more than 2 cups of complete recipe into Dessert Whipper Pro™.
Use Dessert Whipper Pro™ as instructed.
Pipe into chocolate cordial cups.
Freeze several hours or until firm.
Garnish with frosted cranberries.
