Serve this refreshing combination of cranberries and chocolate to treat the graduate! Use the Dessert Whipper Pro to pipe the cranberry sauce/yogurt mixture into chocolate cordial cups and garnish with frosted cranberries.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cranberry sauce
  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1 egg whites pasteurized
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar

Each dessert serves 1.

Instructions:

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a small bowl until well blended.

Step 2

Pour no more than 2 cups of complete recipe into Dessert Whipper Pro™. Use Dessert Whipper Pro™ as instructed.

Step 3

Pipe into chocolate cordial cups.

Step 4

Freeze several hours or until firm. Garnish with frosted cranberries.
